Introduction
This product is a high-efficiency filled modified masterbatch for polyolefin plastics. It is suitable for blowing film, injection molding, extrusion, grain extraction and other processes, and can effectively reduce raw material costs while maintaining film transparency.
Through the uniform dispersion of sub-nanometer calcium carbonate powder, the opening, stiffness and dimensional stability of the film can be improved, and the whitening phenomenon can be reduced. It is suitable for thin film products with high transparency requirements, and can be flexibly adjusted within the addition range of 10% -50% to meet different process and performance requirements. It can also improve processing fluidity and reduce screw wear.
