White injection-molding light stabilizer 622 is a high molecular weight (molecular weight ≥ 2000) hindered amine polymer. Its physical properties are manifested as a white or slightly yellow powder/granules, softening temperature of 55-85°C, excellent high-temperature resistance (1% thermal weight loss temperature 275°C), low volatility (≤0.5%), and insoluble in water. It is mainly used in materials such as polyolefins (polyethylene, polypropylene), polyurethane, and polyamide, significantly improving light aging resistance.
This product has been certified by the U.S. FDA for food contact materials, and its use in combination with antioxidants can enhance weather resistance, making it particularly suitable for fields with high weather resistance requirements such as food packaging, automotive coatings, and photovoltaic modules.
