As an economical filling masterbatch, it can partially replace HDPE's new resin, significantly reducing the cost of raw materials for blowing bottles such as shampoo bottles, shower gel bottles, and dish soap bottles. Specially developed for the bottle blowing process, it improves the rigidity, stiffness and dimensional stability of the bottle body, reduces the deformation of the container during filling and storage, improves the shrinkage and warping of the molding, and improves the accuracy and surface flatness of the product. It has strong versatility and can be adapted to a variety of processing processes.
This product uses imported high-density polyethylene (HDPE) as the carrier, combined with Vietnam's imported ultra-white high-purity calcium carbonate, and the filling content can be customized to meet the professional manufacturing needs of various daily chemical packaging bottles.
- The raw powder of ultra-white calcium carbonate imported from Vietnam is extremely high in whiteness, and the background color of the product is pure, which does not affect the bright color blending.
