ABS/PC Dedicated Black Masterbatch | High Concentration | Excellent Dispersibility | PC Dedicated Black Masterbatch
Physical Properties: High-concentration carbon black (content 45%) provides high blackness with a blue undertone, excellent dispersibility, ensuring no crystal points or streaks; environmentally friendly and non-toxic, with a smooth and glossy surface and stable color; good heat resistance (180°C-300°C), does not affect the impact, tensile, and other mechanical properties of PC materials, and complies with ROHS environmental standards.
Application: Specifically used for injection molding, sheet, and plate processes of PC and PC/ABS engineering plastics. Suitable for high-gloss products such as electronic and electrical housings, automotive parts, and cosmetic packaging boxes. Recommended addition amount is 1%-3% to achieve a high-gloss mirror effect.
