Translucent injection-molded transparent silicone masterbatch (carrier-free type) is an ultra-high molecular weight siloxane polymer that can be compatible with various thermoplastics such as PP, PE, ABS, and PA without a carrier. This additive significantly improves material flow through its unique molecular structure, reduces processing energy consumption, and also has excellent dispersibility, preventing surface blooming on the finished products.

In engineering plastic applications, it can effectively enhance scratch resistance, improve surface smoothness, reduce demolding damage and mold buildup, thereby lowering product defect rates and scrap risk.
