PETG Light-Blue Masterbatch

PETG Light Blue LB502

PETG Light Blue LB502 is a high-performance PETG color material (masterbatch/modified material) with a soft light blue tone. This product has excellent physical stability (density 1.3-1.35, melt index 3-5, active ingredient 35%, moisture 0.1-0.3%) and a recommended addition of 2-5%. It is widely applicable to PET, PETG, PC, and other substrates, performing outstandingly in the 3D printing field, while also perfectly compatible with traditional plastic processing methods such as injection molding, blow molding, and extrusion, making it an ideal choice that balances aesthetics and practicality.

Product Features and Benefits
- This product is either self-produced or customized and manufactured by major domestic and international factories, ensuring stable and controllable quality. - The optimal melting index is 3-5, perfectly matching 3D printing requirements, smooth extrusion without clogging, reducing stringing and leakage, and ensuring interlayer adhesion. - Ultra-low moisture content of 0.1-0.3% prevents bubbles, surface roughness, and interlayer cracking from the source, improving printing success rate. - Filament stability has been optimized, making it less prone to breakage, with tight diameter tolerances, suitable for mass production of 3D printing materials. - High concentration for cost savings, only 2-5% addition needed to achieve full coloration, reducing production costs and minimizing nozzle clogging risk. - The finished product has soft colors, inheriting PETG's inherent high toughness, chemical resistance, and weather resistance, making it both aesthetic and durable. - Excellent dispersibility, specially designed for PET, PETG, PC, and their alloys, without significantly changing the original physical properties of the base material. - Multi-process compatibility, performing stably in injection molding, blow molding, extrusion, and other processes, producing uniformly colored products without bubbles or silver streaks.
TYPICAL APPLICATION FIELDS
- 3D Printing Field: Production of 3D printing filaments in 1.75mm/2.85mm specifications, making FDM/FFF 3D printed products, printing figurines, props, and functional prototypes - Injection Molding Field: Coloring and modification of injection-molded parts made of PET/PETG/PC, such as cosmetic packaging and electronic housings - Blow Molding Field: Coloring and modification of blow-molded containers made of PET/PETG/PC, such as daily chemical packaging bottles - Extrusion Field: Coloring and modification of extruded products made of PET/PETG/PC, such as sheets, profiles, and pipes
Actions recomended
- 3D Printing/Extrusion: It is recommended to dry for 4-6 hours at 60-65°C before printing. Recommended printing temperature is 230-250°C, heated bed 70-80°C, speed 30-60mm/s. - Injection Molding/Extrusion: Mix evenly with natural color material at a ratio of 2-5%, and fully dry before processing according to the conventional PET/PETG process.
