TAF Anti-Stick and Slip Aid
TAF anti-sticking and lubricating additives can effectively improve product demolding and enhance surface feel, suitable for the production of films and modified materials.
The white injection-molding TAF anti-sticking and lubricating additive is a high-efficiency, high-temperature resistant lubricant, suitable for resins such as PP, ABS, PA, as well as films and modified materials. By improving processing fluidity, it significantly enhances product demolding and surface feel, while reducing fiberglass exposure.
Its synergy with coupling agents can enhance the bond between fillers and resins, improving mechanical properties, and has minimal impact on color. Compared with EBS/castor wax amide, TAF offers better temperature resistance and cost performance.
