Introduction
Oil amide masterbatch (film-opening and smooth masterbatch) uses high-purity oleamide (melting point 70-76°C) as the core component. Through excellent dispersibility, it forms a surface lubricating layer during the PE blown film process, significantly reducing the film's friction coefficient (adding 0.1-0.5% can reduce adhesion resistance), improving film opening and glossiness, while also reducing processing energy consumption by 10-30% and increasing output by 30-60%. It is suitable for LDPE/LLDPE blown film systems, with combined properties of anti-static, anti-adhesion, and low haze high transparency, and is widely used in packaging films, composite films, and other applications.
