Calcium Stearate Plastic Lubricant and Stabilizer Additive
Calcium stearate, as an efficient lubricant and stabilizer for PVC and modified systems, forms a lubricating film by complexing with PVC through polar groups, reducing melt resistance and improving processing fluidity. Its thermal stability is good (decomposition temperature 400℃), and it combines internal lubrication and release properties, causing no sulfur contamination with long-term use. It also synergizes with paraffin to enhance lubrication, improving product surface quality and processing efficiency.
