EBS Malaysia Fine Powder 206F is an internal and external lubricant based on ethylene bis-stearamide (EBS). It appears as a white powder with a melting point of 140-145°C, offering lubrication, dispersion, and release functions. It can improve material fluidity and surface gloss. It is suitable for modifying engineering plastics (such as PA, PC, ABS), reducing processing friction and mold sticking risks, improving filler dispersion, enhancing product dimensional stability and production efficiency, and is suitable for high-temperature processing methods such as injection molding and extrusion.
