Product Overview

EBS Kao (Ethylene Bis-Stearamide) dispersant, through its unique symmetrical polar diamide groups and non-polar alkyl structure, combines both internal and external lubrication and dispersing functions. In engineering plastics such as ABS, PVC, PA, and PC, it can reduce melt viscosity and improve processing flowability, while forming a lubricating film on the surface to reduce adhesion, significantly enhancing demolding efficiency. It can also promote uniform dispersion of pigments and fillers, enhance the gloss and mechanical properties of products, and is suitable for films, injection-molded parts, and color masterbatches.
