Silane Coupling Agent KH-550 Product Introduction
KH-550 silane coupling agent, through its dual active groups of amino (-NH₂) and ethoxy (-OC₂H₅), effectively improves the interfacial bonding between inorganic fillers and plastics (epoxy, polyamide, PBT, etc.) or rubber. It can increase dry/wet flexural strength by more than 30%, enhance compressive and shear strength as well as other mechanical properties, while significantly improving filler dispersibility and eliminating agglomeration. As a bonding promoter, it can increase the adhesion strength of polyurethane/epoxy adhesives to glass/metal by 40-60%, and is widely used in sealing materials and industrial coating systems.
