Yellow Foaming Agent

Yellow foaming agent (azodicarbonamide type AC foaming agent) is a light yellow powder with a decomposition temperature above 200°C, generating a large and stable amount of gas, leaving a white and non-polluting residue, and can provide a uniform fine closed-cell foam structure. It is storage-stable, has good dispersibility, and is compatible with various resin systems such as PVC, PE, PP, EVA, PS, and rubber. Products have high elasticity and low density, and it is widely used in imitation leather, lightweight partition panels, insulation materials, and injection/molding foaming processes, significantly reducing production costs and improving product physical performance.
