It decomposes to produce N₂/CO₂ without an induction period, achieving microporous ultra-fine, uniform pore size distribution and a smooth surface. It is suitable for PVC, TPR, PP, and PS injection molding/extrusion processes. This additive has strong compatibility, disperses evenly, can precisely control foaming and prevent screw fouling, providing products with high whiteness and stable physical properties. It is widely used in low-foaming products such as blinds, wall panels, shoe materials, and picture frames.
