Introduction

The whitening agent OB-1 is a highly effective fluorescent whitening agent, with physical properties manifested as a bright yellow crystalline powder, a melting point of 357-360°C, and a purity of ≥98.5%. It has excellent high-temperature resistance (does not decompose at 375°C), lightfastness, chlorine bleach resistance, and stability.

By absorbing ultraviolet light and emitting blue-violet light (emission wavelength 434 nm) to neutralize yellow light, it significantly enhances the whiteness of products. In application, it is suitable for engineering plastics such as ABS, PS, PC, PP, EVA, as well as polyester and nylon fibers.
