Product Principle
Using transparent nano-microsphere technology, the difference in refractive index between the microspheres and the substrate (1.49-1.59) causes light to undergo multiple refractions and reflections within the material, achieving an optical effect with a 99% diffusion rate, transforming point light sources into uniform and soft surface light sources.
Performance features:
- Light transmittance 86-93%, 10-15% higher than ordinary diffusion materials
- Impact resistance increased by about 30%, lamp cover durability enhanced
- Strong weather resistance, no yellowing after 1000 hours of UV testing
- Good dispersibility, direct injection molding with no spherulite white spots
- Good thermal stability, does not decompose when processed continuously at 220℃
- Environmental Certification: Passed RoHS/REACH Testing
