PP Flow Enhanc/Modifier
Introduction
PP flow agent is specially designed to optimize polypropylene processing performance. By improving melt flow (melt index 510-550 g/10 min), it can significantly reduce processing temperature by 20-30°C and enhance the molding performance of highly filled PP. It is particularly suitable for processing PP thin-walled products, effectively reducing surface roughness while simultaneously improving demolding performance and product finish.
Particle density 0.93 g/cm³, effective at a low addition ratio of 0.5%-1%, suitable for PP thin-wall injection molding, spinning, and other scenarios, maintaining material rigidity while reducing energy consumption.
