Anti-static masterbatch

Plastic anti-static additives can effectively improve surface resistance (adjustable within the range of 10⁷-10¹¹Ω), making them particularly suitable for packaging materials and electronic products. This transparent injection-molded anti-static masterbatch is composed of a carrier resin and a high-performance anti-static agent. By directly adding it to the plastic substrate, it significantly reduces surface resistance and completely eliminates static buildup. It features strong weather resistance, uniform dispersion, and FDA-certified non-toxicity, meeting the dustproof and anti-static requirements of packaging films and electronic components.

Recommended addition amount: 3-4%. Simply mix the masterbatch directly into the resin to complete processing, no special treatment process is required. It can be widely used in plastic systems such as PE, PP, PS, ABS, and PC.
