White injection-molded imported foaming masterbatch (plastic foaming modification additive) achieves lightweight injection-molded products (weight reduction of 10%-50%) by introducing a uniform microporous structure (pore diameter 1-500μm), while also improving mechanical properties (such as a 15%-20% increase in tensile strength), thermal and sound insulation, and surface finish (gloss 10-95 GU). Using a high-flow resin carrier and a foaming agent suitable for injection molding processes, it can rapidly decompose under short-cycle, high-pressure conditions and form stable pores.
