Introduction

Anti-aging masterbatch inhibits molecular chain breakage caused by ultraviolet radiation and suppresses oxidation reactions by adding organic/inorganic UV absorbers (200-380 nm range) and antioxidants. Its nano-dispersion technology can form an isolation film on the surface of plastics, blocking ultraviolet rays and corrosive substances, enhancing the weather resistance of materials (QUV3000h aging resistance), while maintaining transparency (visible light transmittance ≥90%) and mechanical properties.

Suitable for a variety of substrates such as PET, PP, and PC, used for automotive parts, electronic housings (impact-resistant, high-temperature resistant), UV protection films/boards (outdoor billboards, building materials), and packaging materials (to extend lifespan). Requires a small amount (recommended 4%), directly mixed into the plastic raw materials for processing, suitable for injection molding, film blowing, and other processes.
