- Introduction
- The anti-aging agent is a translucent light yellow viscous liquid or paste, easily soluble in organic solvents such as ethanol and acetone. It has a high refractive index and the ability to absorb ultraviolet light in the 270-380 nm range, effectively delaying the oxidation process of materials by inhibiting free radical reactions. It has excellent thermal stability, can withstand high-temperature processing environments, and some models incorporate nano zinc oxide to enhance UV shielding performance. Its applications cover rubber (preventing thermal-oxidative cracking, 0.5%-3% addition), plastics (anti-oxidation protection, 0.01%-0.5% addition), coatings (enhancing weather resistance), and food packaging (preventing fat oxidation). At the same time, it significantly extends the service life of products in asphalt, textiles, and other fields.
